Practice the bonus rounds:
During intro, push Down, Y, Down, Down, Y.
Music Test:
Highlight "Erase game" and push Down, A, R, B, Y, Down, A, Y, then push
Select.
Bad Buddy Code (Switch between two players):
Go to the game select screen, then highlight erase data and push B, A, Down,
B, Up, Down, Down, Y, A.
Start the game with 50 Lives:
Go to File Select Screen, select "Erase Game", then press B, A, R, R, A, L,
then select a game.
Hidden Ending :
Complete the game and achieve 101%. To reach 101% you have to win every
level, win every bonus level, win hidden bonus level and beat the final boss.
Skip Stop & Go Station:
When you begin to play on the level, walk left and go back into the
entrance. You will jump to the end of the level. Only have to do some manuever
and you will get through the level.
Unlimited lives:
Note: To make the following trick work, you must use a save game.
On your last life die as Diddy Kong. When the "Game Over" appear on the screen
press Start. Cranky Kong will appear on the screen. Immediately press down, Y,
down, down, Y on your controller. You will jump to a room with 3 of each golden
animal. You can enter any of these bonus games as often as you want. To quit
from the room, press Start, then Select and you will jump back to the last place
you died in your save game.
